Army Skillport eLearning System Login & Register

• Follow these steps to become a member.
• For further information, visit: https://www.atis.army.mil/Army e-Learning.html ATIS Army e-Learning
• The Register for Army e-Learning link can be found on the right-hand side of the page.
• Enter your CAC username and password to continue.
• At the top of the page, click “Register for the Army e-Learning Program.”
• In that case, you’ve already been registered for the program and just need to log in with your CAC credentials. Click on the Forgot Password link on the login page at https://usarmy.Skillport.com to have a new one sent to you). ;
• Click Submit at the bottom of the page after filling out all of the registration fields to finalize the process.
• ATRRS will send you two emails once your registration has been approved by the system. One email has your e-Learning User Name and the e-Learning Program’s login address; the second email contains your e-Learning password.
• As soon as you log in, select “Browse Library” from the top navigation bar to access the collection. After finding the course you’d want to take, click the “launch” link to get started.

Army eLearning Skillport System Register

An ATRRS account is required to access the Army e-Learning Program. In order to register, follow these steps:

• Visit https://www.atis.army.mil to access the ATIS website
• The Army e-Learning logo is located on the right.
• Click on the Register for Army e-Learning link in the third step.
• Step 4: Enter your CAC credentials.
• At the top of the screen, select “Register for the Army e-Learning Program.”
• If you see a notice saying that you have an open reservation for the program, you are already registered.) and enter your CAC information. A new password can be emailed to you by visiting https://usarmy.Skillport.com and clicking on the Forgot Password link.
• On the registration form, make sure you’ve filled out each and every field and then click Submit when you’re done.
