- Select Pochi La Biashara.
- Select “Withdraw Cash.”
- Enter the agent number.
- Enter your store number.
- Enter the amount you want to withdraw.
- Enter your M-PESA PIN.

2. Move money from Pochi La Biashara to your M-PESA account and then withdraw:
Here’s how to do it:
Using USSD:
- *Dial 334#.
- Select Pochi La Biashara.
- Select “Move Money.”
- Select “Pochi to M-PESA.”
- Enter the amount you want to move.
- Confirm the transfer.
- Enter your M-PESA PIN.
Using the M-PESA App:
- Launch the M-PESA App.
- Click on the icon at the top left corner of the App screen.
- Select Pochi La Biashara.
- Select “Move Money.”
- Select “Pochi to M-PESA.”
- Enter the amount you want to move.
- Click on “Continue.”
- Confirm the transfer.
- Enter your M-PESA PIN.

Once you have moved the money to your M-PESA account, you can then withdraw it from an M-PESA agent or an ATM.
Here are some additional things to keep in mind:
- There is a fee of Ksh 27 to withdraw money from Pochi La Biashara at an M-PESA agent.
- There is a fee of Ksh 34 to withdraw money from Pochi La Biashara at an ATM.
- The minimum amount you can withdraw is Ksh 50.
- The maximum amount you can withdraw is Ksh 100,000.
