Zuchu Reflects on Unsettling Messages Following Instagram Account Hack
In a recent post by Wasafi Media, Tanzanian singer Zuchu described her unnerving experience of having her Instagram account hacked.

She said the encounter was upsetting and stressed her out for practically a whole day. When Zuchu awoke and saw that she had unintentionally unfollowed both the official Wasafi account and even her own mother, Khadija Kopa, on Instagram, she knew something was amiss.
She innocently got onto the app because she likes to check out new features on the platform, only to find a slew of odd messages in her direct messages (DMs).
Zuchu discovered that some of her images were being erased during the hacking episode, and she had to continually input her password to access her own account.
She turned to a colleague who remembers their passwords for help. But she was told not to interact with her.

The problem was eventually fixed, and Zuchu received word that everything was back to normal after several hours of uncertainty and fear. She was about to go to sleep when the assurance arrived, giving her a sense of comfort and letting her put the episode behind her.
