(i) Convicted Criminals and Convicted Criminals
• When a prisoner or prison is admitted to prison for the first time, he has the right to be read the procedures and rules of prisons that will guide him while he is incarcerated. These rules and processes will help him navigate his time spent behind bars.

• The right to receive visits from religious leaders for the purpose of worship in accordance with their particular denomination.
